HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received your order back in our warehouse, it can take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM/S?

It is not possible to exchange any items you purchased from our online shop. Please return unwanted items in their original packaging for a refund and then place a new order.
